Hi. Just got through a bought of rectal pain w/my period. I too have endo and vulvadynia. Wasn't sure what was causing it and who to call(doctor). I finally diagnosed myself w/hemmorhoids, for lack of anything else, and asked my doctor for hydrocortisone suppositories (mother's advise). I can sleep and sit again! Tried lots of other remedies concerning endo and vulva, but this worked. Who knows? The pain is very difficult to live with, good luck.
