Hi, Have they checked to see if you have an ovarian remnant? It is possible a little was left behind by mistake, especially if it was a difficult surgery (adhesions and endo). That is what happened to me. I did go through menopause when they removed my last ovary. My symtoms were severe enough and blood tests showed that I was in menopause that I started on Premarin. About 3-4 months later, it felt like I was ovulating, and indeed I was and still am. I have tried continuous birthcontrol pills, Prometrium and other hormonal combinations to try and surpress the remnant. I ended up with either bad migraines or depression. I have been on nothing for almost a year. The endo pain has worsen. I still have hot flashes and other perimenopausal symptoms.

If you think you are ovulating, you can help prove it to your doctor by taking you basal body temp and charting it. That is how, plus cysts show up on ultrasound, I was able to show my doctor.

I wish you the best.
