You ladies have all been wonderful to me, supporting and helping me to prepare for surgery. I used to come to the forum a long time ago, and have returned recently for support and information.

I am preparing for surgery now, so much to do, get my life in order - housework, spending extra time with my children and making sure everything at work is humming along. I will be away from my children for 12 days - I miss them already. I am travelling to Bend alone, and one of my endo sisters is flying in for the first surgery. She can only stay for the 1st surgery as she herself just had excision in Oregon 3 months ago and doesn't have much sick time left at work. I will be there alone for the 2nd surgery, of course with help from the wonderful nurses at the Endometriosis Treatment Center. Both my parents are deceased, and my sister is sick herself and cannot come. I don't have a laptop, so I will be without my computer until the 12th of February. So I will be out of touch with all of you, but will post as soon as I can.

Thanks again for all your help and please send positive thoughts my way. Take extra special care of yourselves while I am gone and to anyone else having surgery, doctors appts., etc while I am gone - good wishes to you. The continuing search of pain free . . .
