Hi:

It is always possible that endometriosis could have been missed during your laparoscopy, especially if the surgeon who performed the surgery was not really familiar with all of the appearances that endometriotic tissue can have. It is also possible that you only have adhesions, and no endometriosis. You may need another laparoscopy to determine if you have endo., but it would be to your benefit to find a doctor who is very experienced in surgery for endometriosis so that you can be more sure about the diagnosis.
