hi linda:
i was also diagnosed with IBS and endo, but it ended up being just endo.
a lot of women are diagnosed with IBS because the symptoms are similar
to endo: bloating, gas, constipation or diarrhea.
my advice is to completely cut out wheat and see what happens.
i'm not kidding - i cut out wheat and the bloating and bowel issues went
away.
