Dear Kelly,

It's so nice to meet you. I'm 22 & I live in California. I'm single, but hopefully one day I'll find the right guy. I was with someone for a year & a half (he was my second boyfriend). I became sick in February of 2000 & from that point on our relationship went down hill. He just stopped being there. Plus he never understood why I was sick & why the doctors weren't able to find anything. To this day I still haven't been diagnosed but I'm 95% sure it's endo. I had my laparoscopy at the end of June & two weeks later he broke up with me. I really think he couldn't handle the fact that I was sick. And he was a year & a half younger than me, too. I think he wanted to be with his friends. Don't get me wrong--he was a nice guy, but the way I see it now, he did me a favor. I deserve better. Right now I just don't know how I'll be able to trust again. Guys suck. (:

How long have you been with your boyfriend? Hopefully he's supportive & understanding about you being sick. I want kids someday, too. Well, I hope we k.i.t. Have a good one!
