I have been trying to get pregnant for the last 3 years. I had a miscarriage 3 years ago. My doctor wants to do the insemination treatment (shoot the sperm into the uterous). Should I have the fibroids removed in order to get pregnant? and Will The fibroids interfere with the pregnancy? We are running out of time (I am 41 years old).
