Re: I am so youngFrom: Alison (anonymous@obgyn.net)Wed Jan 3 20:14:55 2001
Laura: My name is Alison and I'm not 15 years old. But I do know what you are going through. I found out that I had endometreosis when I was 19 or 20 years old. But I went through my teenage years, but not knowing the condition I have. I'm only 21 years old and I still go through the pain. My doctor told me the same thing and I had surgery last June to find out what was wrong with me and that is when they found out. How bad is the pain for you? The pain is so bad for me that I can not lay on my right side for too long because I'm in so much pain. All I can recommend for you, is you talk to your parents and some close friends that you have. Even though you don't know me and I don't know you. You can talk to me. If you go to church or pray. That helps as well. Tha tis what I do. Also talk to your doctor about having a laporoscopy (my spelling is really bad). And maybe they (Doctor) can burn it off. It is Day Surgery. I can explain more for you. Just let me know I'm here for you. Allie (Alison)
>----- Original Message ----- My name is Laura and I am 15years old. Latley I have been having really bad pains in my uterus. My docters already told me that I have ovarian cyst, and that it might be endometreosis. I am scared because they are not doing anything and the pains are getting worse and worse. What do I do, and who do I turn to? Thanks all>
://www.hotmail.com">http://www.hotmail.com.
