Paula, I had that for several months a few years back..My doc was not worried that I didn't have normal periods as I called them "non-periods" which consisted of either brown/old blood and/or red blood that was only on the tissue when I urinated and wiped..nothing on a pad, etc. I was in a ton of pain and not having periods . I cannot recall when it was in regards to my laps or GnRH analogs....been some darn many. I believe it was when I was on just BCPs but it may have been after a hormone stints or a lap, can't recall. Got me just as worried as I hear you are....You should consult with your doctor about all of this; I just wanted you to know that it is not unusual to have brown blood and/or no periods ( a member or two from this site have maybe 3 periods in an entire year, so...) See or call your doc just to be sure and also to get help for the pain. best of everything to you... Sally
