I had Lupron treatment directly after my first lap. It wasn't as bad as I had anticipated. The worst part for me were the hot flashes which included night sweats. I just compincated by keeping the a/c on full blast at nite. Other than that it really didn't affect me emotionally - I think with endo you're already on an emotional rollacoaster so even if it had I didn't notice any significant changes. And as I'm sure you now know after having your first shot - the needle is not that bad.
