Thanks again...and a question...

Thanks again to everyone for their uplifting messages, and, Emily, glad to hear that the biopsy was not cancer!

I have a question for you all... have any of you heard about "peritoneal windows"? My doc found that I basically have two holes in the lining of my body cavity (peritoneum). I have never heard of that before. My doc said that some people believe that this is old endometriosis that had "burnt a hole" in the lining and has since disappeared, leaving an opening. He said that this was "nonsense" and not to believe it. Anyone else hear of it? The doc also aspirated about 7 ml of fluid from behind my uterus that he says may have come from a burst cyst in the past. He says this is normal as well, but sent it for analysis anyway. Anyone else have this experience?

It was an amazing experience to watch the video of my laparoscopy. I was totally floored by the ability to see my own reproductive organs. It was so sureal! Anyway, I have better go lie down as I am feeling a sick to my stomach tonight.

Take care and pleasant dreams to all!
