Re: "My First Christmas in Heaven"From: William (anonymous@obgyn.net)Sat Dec 23 09:29:11 2000
Dear Kelly, All I can say is thank you with all of my heart. My mother was the center of Christmas for my whole family. This is the first Christmas without her. God, how I miss her touch, her voice and most of all the family get togethers. Since she has died our family does not communicate any more, and I try and still nothing. I would like you to know you touched me in a very special way this morning. I consider every endo sister as my second family. I love you Kelly with all the strength in my soul. TO ALL OF MY ENDO SISTERS, PLEASE IF YOU STILL HAVE A FAMILY, MOTHER,FATHER, BROTHER, PLEASE, PLEASE IF YOU ARE NOT ON GOOD TERMS TRY BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE. MAY ALL OF YOUR FAMILIES HAVE A MERRY CHRISTMAS AND A GOOD NEW YEAR. THIS IS THE FIRST YEAR WITHOUT MY MOM, AND WE WERE VERY VERY CLOSE. The last thing I remember about her was what she said on her death bed, she took my face in her hands and looked into my eyes and said my beautiful daughter, thank you for caring for me, take care of yourself and your family, and go on with your life, take care of your two beautiful kids. she told me I could have her wedding band of 42 yrs of marriage to my dad, and today as I write this I look down and I see it and hope that I can be as good of a mom as she was. All of you moms, I wish you to have a mom as caring as my mom. love to all and again Kelly, thank you for that special poem. With all sincerity, Deborah Henze
