Debbie, I tried to send this to you privately but it was sent back as Undeliverable. This ahs happened to me many times - not sure why.

You might have a chance to fight for coverage if you community doesn't have a harmonic scalpel and you have seen the endo docs in your area. Other than that, if you contact the Endo. Assoc they have a list of docs for North America that see endo patients. I think you have to pay for the list/become a member but it is well worth the money.
