I have not been diagnosed with endo yet. I have a lap scheduled for 12/11/00. I have almost all endo symptoms. I recently had a colonoscopy, due to a positive fecal occult blood test. My colonoscopy came out negative, but was EXTREMELY PAINFUL. My GI just told me I just had a sensitive bowel, and they had to give me a lot of Demerol. I questioned my Gynecologist about this, I asked him if it could have hurt due to adhesions. He told me it was probably just my intolerance to the procedure. Are my doctors politely trying to tell me I’m a wimp?
