((((Sally)))))From: Amanda (anonymous@obgyn.net)Sun Dec 3 17:09:38 2000
Again, thanks for you undying support!! You have no idea how much it means to me!! I'm not to worried about the cancer, I figure at this point I can handle anything if I can handle the endo lol. I'm not sure when the other tests are going to be done. Right now I'm on a diet so I can get stool samples to check for blood in my stool. The only problem is that I've only had like 3 very small bms in the past month. The 3 are equal to my usual one and I was taking correctol to get that much!! lol. So I'm on the diet and my dr. told me to take Metumucal(misspelled lol) so hopefully I will get something before the colonoscopy on Thursday. The GI specialist informed me that I'm going to be completely sedated for the colonoscopy which is a relief to me because I'm such a baby at things like that lol. Part of me wishes that I would be awake so I could know what he finds as he finds it, but the chicken in me is going to be glad that I am knocked out lol. The testing for Lupus is my decision. I started reading up on it and I do have the joint pain, but that didnt really concern me. My aunt was just recently diagnosed with Lupus and I know that sometimes it is genetic, so I'm doing it basically as a precautionary step. If its not a problem for you I would like the sites on Lupus. Currently I am trying to track down any articles or sites that discuss Endo and other diseases that occur with it. So if you happen to run across any info on that I would really appreciate it. Enough of my novel lol. Thanks again Sally.
