Just thought that I would let yall know what happened with my appts. I went to me regular dr Thursday and he is testing me for colon cancer (as if I don't have enough to worry about). He told me that there are more tests that he wants to do, but wants to wait until my insurance goes through because they are very expensive. I felt like kissing him because I FINALLY feel like we are actually doing something about all the pain. I'm also getting checked for lupus, so any information that anyone has on that would be GREATLY appreciated. I went to the GI Specialists today and was amazed by him. He was very upfront and honest with me. He told me that he has performed over 6,000 colonoscopies and has had one incidence of (i cant think of the term he used) poking a hole in the bowel. Which that is scary, but at least he was honest with me about it. He was very understanding about the endo and explained the procedure to me step by step. He made sure that ALL of my questions where answered before he even made an attempt to leave the room, so I'm VERY happy with him. SALLY, I want to thank you also for explaing the procedure to me. It helped more than you know. I can go and research All of the sites on here for information about anything, but it always comes better when you speak with someone that has actually experienced it. You are such a caring a warm person and you deserve every bit of happiness you can find. I pray that things will work out with you for the holidays. And I also think the sex chat is a good idea, like every other idea you have!! Okay, now I'm getting all emotional again lol. Thank you for always being there for me. Thank you everyone for understanding and sharing your lives with me. I will never forget any of you for all the blessings that you have brought to my life.
