Hi Peggy,
I use an ice pack where i feel the pain of the
migraine, vapor rub on my temples and three ibuprofen
as needed to control the increase of pain. I haven't
been to the hospital for treatment except for once in
the last four years. The exception was that I had no
ibuprofen or vapor rub and couldn't drive to the store
to get it. debbie
