Hi all! I haven't been keeping some of you up to speed as things have been hectic here. They continue to be hectic here as well. My dad's mom in Tennessee got taken back to the hospital via ambulance on Thursday. Yes, this is the same woman that JUST got out of the hospital/rehab place a couple of weeks ago. They ran some tests on her today - an angiogram- and only found a 50% blockage in one place. That's normal for someone over 70, but that shouldn't be causing the problems she has been having. My family and I were really worried about what was to come, and we still are, but we have come to find out that her doctor is putting her on some meds that another doctor took her off of after years of her taking. I don't know what pills they were or why she stopped taking them (or the doc's reasoning) or what the pills do for her. But I know that since she was taken off of them her heart has been acting up. We are glad she stayed in the hospital that Thursday night, because had she not she may not have survived. Please continue to keep her and my family in your prayers. I thank you so very much!
