I have had four surgeries and all I have managed to do is increase the pain level. I have finally had a total hysterectomy (+salpingo-oophorectomy), which changed the pain from cyclical to constant. I am allowed to take occasional Darvocets, but I would rather learn how to extirpate the pain once and for all.
