Welcome to the forum *smiles*

You could possibly have endo....severe cramps and having difficulty being able to conceive can be related to endo. The only sure way to tell though is to have your gyne do a "laproscope" on you.

As far as the exercise helping your cramps....when I used to have my cycle I found that helped me too...however over many years my discomfort with my cycle intensified and it was so difficult to make it through the day.

I hope you don't have endo....and I wish you well in conceiving.
