Hi Tanya, Yes this only came to my attention recently when I spoke to my endo specialist regarding not having any periods and if it had gone on any longer he was going to start worrying about bone loss and now when I think about it, it does make sense.I think the minimum is 3 periods per year and thats why so many of us are told we must have a period every 3 months or so. I am so glad it may have helped you in the long run...Thats why I mentioned it .That really makes my day.
