I am a 22 year old woman who suffers from endo. I am not sure about the exercise part but the painful cramps sound all to familliar. I had cramps so bad that I could not walk for at least two days a month. That went on for about 2 1/2 years. Since I was only 17 the doctors said that endo was impossible. I finally found a doc that would listen to me and take me serious. The only way to know for sure is make the doc listen to you. If your doc does not listen, It is time to find someone who will.
