Hi Kristy:

Your sleep patterns and the way your feeling is all part of the grieving process I think.....things will level out.

I see the physio therapist next Wednesday so looking forward to that to see if it helps at all *smiles*. Gosh at this point, I would dye my hair purple and howl at the moon if I thought it would help lol....

Anyways you take care, get the rest you need and I hope your appointment goes well on Friday.
