Hi Kelli:

Big warm hugssss....am sorry to hear about the last couple of days being so difficult pain wise. Are you able to rest and use a heating pad? I find this helps me.

I don't think your bcp's would cause constipation, but everyone is different on how they react to med's. If your taking pain med's, this is probably what is causing the constipation, most do and it sure has that effect on me. You may try want to try taking "Metamucil". You can get it at any pharmacy and you mix it with water and drink it. The taste isn't wonderful but I have had worse lol....and it does make you more regular and soften things up so the movements won't be as uncomfortable. It may take a couple of days in your system to get things going.

I hope your pain improves to a more comfortable level for you Kelli....

Take care and know I am always here to listen *smiles* and I thank you as well for being here.

hugssss
