During the surgery a 10 x 10 cm area was disected including into the soft muscle of my abdomen. Did anyone else have part of there abdominal muscle excised? If so do you still have the same pain? I have had relief of this pain for about a month. Then it's started to feel the same. I guess it's more or less feeling like a torn muscle. Does the body allow this to rebuid? I also had a periumbilical hernia repaired at the same time. I now suffer from the same pain in different locations, in addition to the muscle ache in my abdomen. Is there any hope here. Tired of the pain.
