Dear Bonnie, I will have a presacral neurectomy on Wed Oct 4th. I hope it will work to relieve my pain. I will surely let you know about it afterwards. From what my doc said, he thinks it will relieve some of the pain, but he could tell that the majority of the pain has something to do with my obturator nerve which is in a different location. It is an abdominal nerve rather than a pelvic one. He will dissect this one but he said he will cut it. Hope to be of some help to you.
