I had one and it immediately and dramatically diminished my sexual functioning. I know women are reluctant to discuss aspects of their sex lives so please get a confidential mailbox (at yahoo or hotmail or some other) because this is important. I cannot seem to get any professional data. It seems that there are journal articles on research involving men's sexual dysfunction following similar surgery for prostrate cancer but nothing on women so please, let me know your story & any success in getting sexual functioning to return or any possible treatment to recover nerves.
