Ok ladies this is Amy...well i made it all the way back to the operating room and decided not to have a full hysterectomy....My doc freaked !!! So did my whole family that flew in. So we've decided on having my 3rd larotomy and were going to clean up the endo as much as they can and start lupron again. Im very happy with my decision because last time i got a beautiful son out of doing it this way..so wish me luck..in the meantime im in such horrible pain and my left ovary is so enlarged and covered in masses that you can see it protruding from my belly. Im living on pain killers and im hating it..I hope you all support me in my decision. I just feel at age 25 i dont want to lose everything...thanks..Amy

I am having my 5th surgery next Wed (Oct 4th). This time, however, I will be awake for part of it. It is called "Conscious Pain Mapping." It is supposed to help the doctor locate exactly where the pain is. They will poke around and ask me if it hurts and from 1 to 10 how much. I think this is a good idea for anyone who has undergone multiple laps and still is in pain. I think it will help in locating where it hurts better. Ask your doc about it. I think it sounds like a wonderfully brilliant thing. -----Original Message----- From: Melody <anonymous@obgyn.net> To: Multiple recipients of list ENDO <anonymous@obgyn.net> Date: Tuesday, September 26, 2000 6:53 PM Subject: Looking for help
