I have been dealing with this for about 7 years now. I have gone from taking Motrin 800mg every 2 hours, to Naproxen, to Ponstel and now I am taking Meclofenamate. I also have done birth control for hormone theapy and Lupron shot for six months. My pain has gotten so bad that I am at the point of wanting a hysterectomy but I have Kaiser for health insur. and they don't do surgery until their last opption. My question is " how many more years and how many more meds. do you think I will have to go through?" I am just at the point of missing a day of work at least once a month and I really don't like taking all the meds just to get through the day. I have seen 4 differant doctors and they all want to "put a band-aid" on the thing.
