Belle,

Thanks for your concern. I do have nausea, but my prescription of vicodin does say I can take one or two pills every 4 to 6 hours. So what I do is take one pill every two hours if needed to spread out the medication. I don't know if this is wrong, but it seemed logical to me. I try to limit my dose so I don't take two at once hoping the pain relief would happen after one pill. About the emergency room. I am a single mom, I couldn't possibly get myself there in the middle of the night with my daughter in tow. I wish I had that kind of support where I could make that happen. And ofcourse ,for me the pain is the worst in the middle of the night. I wake up from a deep sleep gasping from pain. I just had a lap, I think each surgery makes my condition worst. Prior to the surgery I knew what my pain cycle was, now I am just waiting to see how long this will last. It is taking longer.... to end...Thanks for caring
