Sorry to post on this but I accidentally deleted your last message...i would be very interested in knowing what those links are about vulvodynia. Also in regards to your bladder..you said that you had a problem with yeast afterwards....cranberry is very good for flushing out the kidneys and bladder. You can drink juice without sugar (sorry, no cocktail) or you can get cranberry tablets at the health food store. Just follow the label directions. I am not sure it will help with the pain but it would help to cut down on the amount of bacteria and yeast. Hope you are having a better day!!
