Aside from the difficulty in exercising, what is the connection? I lost a lot of weight - about 70 pounds - deliberately, and am now gaining it back so fast my head's spinning. Now naturally the gaining is the easy part, but this doesn't seem normal. It's like too fast, not eating enough to justify it.
