Jennifer,

What you Dr. meant by he saw a few spots of endo in the cul de sac and that he left it alone, Means that he did not remove it, by him not removing it it will not resolve your problems with your pain. Endometriosis can be very painful and can also effect fertility in many women. One question that you should ask your Dr. is why he left the endometriosis there and why he did not remove it. has he treated you with any medication for the endometriosis? Are you trying to concieve at this time? If so How long have you been trying? This all depends on weither you should seek out a fertility specialist, Good Luck >
