Thank you for letting me know what your procedure involves.
I sincerely hope that this procedure works for you....my God 5
operations is a lot to endure and to continue to experience debilitating
pain has got to be the height of frustration for you, not to mention
contending with that level of pain each day. I admire your courage with
all of this Ale.
It's kind of ironic I think with the use of med's. We take them to stay
comfortable yet they are indeed a trade off with all the other affects
they have on our bodies. It is a vicious cycle.
I was wondering if you have increased the fibre in your diet to help
with constipation. I tend to be on the constipated side too, for me
having bran, fruits, veggies and prune juice helps as well as metamucil.
Metamucil is quite thick and hard to get down but if it is mixed with
juice and you drink it very quickly it isn't too bad, but not sure if
you could tolerate it.
I hope you can find some moments of comfort today and in the days
leading up to your surgery and please let us know how your surgery goes
for you.
You are in my thoughts....
