Re: overian cyst

Depending on your age, most doctors don't get too worked up about ovarian cysts in my experience. Unless you have other symptoms. Sometimes they disappear instantly upon exposure to oxygen (in cases of laproscopy or other abdominal/pelvic surgery). What I have read indicates cysts are usually the result of a mis-fire of the ovum leaving the ovary. The pain in my ovary, which coincidentally (!) has the cyst on it, is what got me started on the endo-go-round.
