I sit all day so it's not strenuous. Kicks the crap out of you is what it does!! Actually, the incision is somewhat painful (I had staples rather than stitches, which look gruesome but are much more comfortable to remove), but otherwise it's not too bad. I had some adhesions removed (this was for diagnostic purposes, so not much more was planned), but there's more to do than a lap would allow, so further surgery is scheduled. Go to your library for The Endometriosis Sourcebook, by the Endo Assoc.
