Hi Nano, Thanks so much,yes you made perfect sense hun and thats just what i have to do for the moment and that is try and look after myself,if i don't ,no one else will. I hope you are doing better,its so wonderful to see you posting.I have had a horriffic night ,i was in so much pain,10 on the pain scale and i thought it was time for the ER but fortunately it passed and returned this morning.I am waiting for the pain specialist to call now,so while i am waiting, i thought i would write to you. I am so glad your Mum gave you an opal,i am happy it reminds you of me,thankyou,opals are superb,i love the Blue opals the best.You are also in my thoughts and prayers and i often think of you and hope you are doing well.
