Hi Jessi, I can definitely say that I believe that endo is genetic...my sister, mother and grandmother all had/have it. My grandmother had it in the 1940s, and she was given the same options I have: get pregnant, excise, or have a hyst. Amazing isn't it? 55 years and no real innovations in treatment or prevention.
