If you want my unsolicited advice, she should probably talk to her doctor about going on lupron, depo-provera or the pill untill she can pay for it. Also hopspitals sometimes will "cut you a break" on the cost of an "elected" procedure (at least, this is my understanding :) if you discuss it with them ahead of time. Teaching hospitals might also be able to help with this. As far as endo having a connection with ovarian cancer, there are about 20 different types of ovarian cancer, none of which seem to have any connection with anyting! I hope that your daughter is okay and will be able to sucessfully have children. Good luck to you! BTW, you may want to try posting on the Women's Health Forum (http://forums.obgyn.net/womens-health/) so that a Doc can answer your questions. (Instead of a lowly college student like me :)
