I need support

I have had endo for about 8 years now. It took Dr.s about 5 years to diagnose it. Finally a military Dr. diagnosed and performed surgery on me. I was fine for about 16 months, and then it came back with a vengeance. Problem is that my military Dr. moved to another base, and I had to start over at the mercy of another Dr. My question is: Is weight gain a sign/symptom of endo? I've been given conflicting answers. I am hoping for a hysterectomy, I am 30, have 2 kids, and a tubal ligation. I know that my husband dreads knowing that my cycle is going to start and I'll be in pain again. I'm basically just looking for someone to talk to about this that understands.
