Pam, Your story is all too familiar to me, I had a Laporoscopy assistted vaginal hysterectomy and left ovary removed in 4/98,The pain returned about 6-8 weeks later.within the next 2 years I had a barium test,3 laporoscopies,2 colonoscopies, a cystoscopy ,many vaginal and abdominal ultrasounds and an MRI. With the last laporoscopy 11/99 I was diagnosed with endo so the right ovary was taken at this time. I just completed 4 months of Lupron that did not help at all,my Hormone levels are elevated for menopause,(Which means,it could keep the endo growing)I did not continue with the lupron and my Dr. is going to recheck my levels next month to see if they elevate further. If they do he will think on the lines of there being an ovarian remnant, What will happen next? I really don't know.As you and I both know, and I have been telling others on here that hysterectomy is not a cure for for endometriosis! I too suffer with the diarrhea. You might want to ask your Dr. weither being on the premarin has caused your endo to resurface?Good Luck,If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask. I have been suffering with this constant pain for 2 1/2 years now. I had the hysterectomy when I was 38,I feel that I am being robbed of being able to enjoy my children,My daughter is 17 and my son is 12, I guess I should be thankful that this all didn't start sooner than it did >
