Endo can cause that... my uterus is firm... had an ultrasound and it showed up normal... my dr. told me that it should be checked but that it is not very serious. Other things that can cause it are being on Birth control for long periods of time without having a period. In my case wasn't serious. Hope so in yours. I'm 22 and have had endo since I was 9.. about 2 months ago my dr noticed my uterus was hard. had me get an ultrasound which showed everything okay. Good Luck!
