Re: (Charmaine)From: Belle (anonymous@obgyn.net)Thu Jul 20 02:38:08 2000
Dear Charmaine, It is normal to get mood swings and depression especially on Zoladex.I know quite a few ladies who have had to use antidepressants while on Lupron,Zoladex or Synarel.Ask your doctor about prsecribing you some anti depressants, they can help with your mood and with the pain aswell.Antidepressants have helped alot of us make it through these type of treatments, its not uncommon for an endo specialist to prescribe these type of drugs now, where as years ago, they use to be prescribed by a psychiatrist. I also think having a good cry lets off alot of steam.I hope you are feeling better by the time you read this.Never worry about bothering me Charmaine, you are an absolute delight and its my pleasure if i can help you, anyway i can. Thankyou for your kind and thoughtful wishes.I have had 2 relatively good days in a row(I have had pain but nothing that i can't deal with).I am just praying it continues.I hope your mood lifts and you are feeling less stressed.I can so relate to what you are talking about and going through.Hang in the Dear One and speak to your doctor and let me know how you get on. Hugs and Pain Free,Happy Wishes To You, Belle.
