It wasn't a bad lap either, I guess I am just sensitive, maybe you are too. I bounced right back after my first lap within about 2 days...but beaware you will be swollen and you won't bounce right back into your clothes. Just remember to take the proper time to heal and not push yourself to hard to soon. The most recent surgery was as quick. I was down for about 4 days and tired for several days after that time. I had more extensive work done this tiem around though. Best of luck.
