Susan, I fully agree with Brandy. I have felt fatigued, and found that giving in and sleeping too much (10+hours) only makes the fatigue that much worse. I think running/jogging/walking is great for energy!! Also cutting out fats/sugars helps. Another thing that helped was limiting soda to 1 can a day or less!! Lots of water and juice. Sometimes though I just give in and sleep and lounge away a whole saturday!! Best wishes Amy
