Re: Hystorectomy Decision - Not doing well

Dear Lori
I had a complete hystrectomy when I was 21. Til this day I have never
regretted having it. I wanted my life back. I was in bed most of the time
and I had exhausted all means, of medications, that were available for endo
at that time. I am now 35, and have had several surgeries since then for
endo. A hystrectomy does not elminate endo in some cases, but there are
others who have never had any problems. I guess not having children is the
hardest, but I know I did the right thing. You can email me privately if you
like. lisastouder@hotmail.com :)
