http://www.health-science.com. You are supposed to use 1/8 of a teaspoon twice
a day (how many days depends on if you are pre, peri, or post
menopausal, it tells on the actual jar)you are supposed to put it on the
parts of the body that blush: neck, chest, face, inner arms, or palms of
your hands. Like I told Belle I am very happy with it for myself since
I am post menopausal. It supposedly helps with endo but I don't know
that from experience.
