Diane, Sorry I didn't get back to you sooner, this is the first time I've been on for a while. Like you, I am trying to get pregnant. Fortunately, I haven't had any pain for the past couple months. The way my system was reacting, I would say it took about 3 months before I got the bcp hormones completely out of my system, so I hope to see results soon, but promised myself not to worry until it had been over a year. If you would like, write me directly, and I can give you the name of my doc. He isn't an Endo specialist, but does have a large number of Endo patients. Otherwise, check with the Endometriosis Association (http://www.endometriosisassn.org/) here in Milwaukee. They have names of doctors all over the United States. I also, somewhere, have a copy of an e-mail that Belle sends with Endo Specialists in the US, I think the closest one on it is in Chicago.
