Kat, The only way to diagnose endo is with a lap, no other way, some gyns can feel the growths, but even they cant tell what they are until they do a lap. You can have endo with no pain, the amount of apin in no way relates to the amount of growths...ask your gyn about endo again, and if you dont get an answer you are happy with,,go to another gyn! I only got a lap by saying that I had large clots, this was after 13 years of chronic pain with my period!,,,no one listened to me all those years, yet all I mentioned was clots, and I was scheduled for a lap within a month1,,amazing!
