I was diagnosed with endometriosis (via sonogram), this past January and my husband and I in the process of trying to get pregnant. I have an extremely regular 28 day cycle in regard to my period. But just because my cycle is regular does that mean that I am ovulating? It looks like there are nodules on the outside of my uterus and my right ovary is inflammed. I have had more pain on mught ride side than anything else. My uterus never hurts except during menstration. If the endo is affecting my right ovary will it hinder its ability to function normally in regard to producing hormones and eggs?
